• Founded in 1998, services have been provided to over 2000 men, women and teens.
  
  
• Social service agencies and job training programs, as well as churches, businesses and individuals that have supported OSC refer clients.
  
  
• Over 70% of our clients are hired after visiting OSC.
  
  
• Our services are needed now more than ever. With workforce demands increasing in our area, we are helping to prepare better prospective employees for the Greater Mobile/Baldwin area.
  
  
• We provide services to men as well through our SuccessAbility Services.
